Eye Charts is a vision testing app independently proven most accurate in a peer-reviewed study (JAMA Ophthalmology). Trusted by parents and clinicians to check, record, and track children's vision since 2018. Early detection of myopia allows you to take preventive action, seek medical advice promptly, and prevent pseudomyopia from worsening into myopia or stop nearsightedness from deteriorating further.

MORE THAN A DIGITAL EYE CHART
Unlike paper charts that can fade, warp, or become memorized, Eye Charts presents randomized optotypes for each test. This helps reduce variability when repeating measurements over time.

Eye Charts is self-illuminated on iPhone and iPad, so chart visibility is less dependent on ambient room lighting. Screen brightness can be adjusted, including for longer testing distances such as 6 metres.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTICE
Eye Charts is a visual acuity screening and measurement tool. It does not replace an examination by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
It does not diagnose eye conditions such as strabismus, esotropia, exotropia, hyperopia, or astigmatism. Regular professional eye examinations are recommended, and you should seek professional medical advice if you notice changes in vision.
